I am a highly experienced primary specialist with over a decade of teaching in leading independent, international, and UK schools. I have taught across every year group from Reception through to Year 6, giving me a comprehensive understanding of primary learning and child development. Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of settings, giving me the experience to support each child as an individual and guide their learning effectively. I have a proven record of success in preparing pupils for entrance into highly competitive schools, with many of my students securing places at prestigious independents through achieving outstanding results in the 7+ and 11+ exams, as well as excelling in SATs.

I combine high academic expectations with a supportive, confidence-building approach that enables every child to thrive. My sessions are carefully tailored to bring out the very best in each learner — whether they are catching up, working towards greater depth, or preparing for competitive entry. Throughout my career as a class teacher, I have worked closely with both parents and children to ensure learning is engaging, personalised, and effective. I am particularly passionate about developing children’s reading and writing skills, helping them to strengthen comprehension, refine their writing techniques, and reach their full academic potential.
